Suited for Success: Fundación Costa Palmas Supports a Talented Local Baseball Team

Play ball! Costa Palmas provided uniforms and gear to the local San José del Cabo baseball team, the “Rangers de San Jose.” The team includes kids from 12 to 16 years old who are passionate about the sport and dedicated to improving their skills. Their practice schedule is extremely disciplined, with two and a half hours a day, five days a week, along with extra gym sessions.

Some of these exceptional athletes are already prospects for the renowned Mexican Baseball League and could potentially play internationally. Also, one of the team’s coaches, Alan Delgado, recently traveled to Taipei, Taiwan to represent Mexican baseball.

Dedicated to supporting its members and team, the Costa Palmas community seized this exciting opportunity to promote talented player Emmanuel Zárate, son of Víctor Zarate, Superintendent of the Costa Palmas Golf Course.

Fundación Costa Palmas is pleased to provide the sports equipment they need to enhance their sports skills and be prepared for the possibility of obtaining scholarships and pursuing a professional career.
